We are looking for an Apprentice Office Administrator to work in Wolverhampton at our Apprenticeship Academy. This is an exciting, busy, office based opportunity where you will have the opportunity to interact with businesses, employers, learners and apprentices.

  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documentation
  • Reception duties
  • Complaint handling
  • Respond to enquiries via the telephone, email, written correspondence and face to face
  • Filing, photocopying
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Accurate petty cash record keeping
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Any other related duties as required
