Our Apprenticeship programmes

From Business Improvement to Leadership and Management, Business Skills to Digital Marketing, our bespoke Apprenticeship programmes are designed to ensure Advanced Manufacturing staff have the skills to identify and lead projects to make improvements within their organisation, while also allowing them to share ideas and spread innovation.

During dedicated Business Improvement sessions employees learn about the Kaizen approach to continuous improvement, how to identify and eliminate waste, apply continuous improvement principles and sustain improvements in the workplace.

Other sessions focus on effective teamwork and communication, problem-solving and communication, the principles of establishing productive working relationships and 5S workplace organisational techniques.

The approach results in a motivated workforce who can drive real improvements to business productivity and efficiency.
