Partner Opportunities for upcoming European Social Fund programmes - 2019 - 2021

Skills Training UK understands that the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) will be commissioning new contracts under an ESF transition programme that will run from 2019 to 2021.  Invitations to Tender are expected to be published in August 2018, with opportunities to tender for the following contracts nationally:

- Skills Support for the Workforce

- Skills Support for the Unemployed

- Support for those Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEETS)

Skills Training UK has a long and successful track record in delivering European Social Fund provision and is a Prime Contractor to the ESFA for delivery of these contracts in Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) regions and will require more partners in the following locations:

  • London
  • South East
  • Enterprise M3 (Surrey, Hampshire)
  • Black Country

For the next tendering round, Skills Training UK is also looking to establish a delivery partner network across the UK and is particularly interested in hearing from Partners who deliver in the following LEP regions:

  • Coast to Capital
  • Coventry and Warwickshire
  • D2N2
  • Great Birmingham and Solihull
  • Greater Cambridge and Greater Peterborough
  • Lancashire
  • Leeds City Region
  • Leicester and Leicestershire
  • New Anglia
  • North East
  • Sheffield City Region
  • Solent
  • Stoke and Staffordshire
  • Swindon and Wiltshire
  • Thames Valley Buckinghamshire and Berkshire

Skills Training UK is an established Prime Contractor and as a contract manager has been accredited with the highest score of ‘Excellent’ for the Merlin Standard twice. It’s supply chains embrace the full diversity of partner organisations, including local authority, third sector, voluntary sector, further education, private training providers and charities.
