Skills Training UK exhibiting at leading manufacturing event Advanced Engineering 2018

October 22nd, 2018

Skills Training UK is excited to be exhibiting at leading engineering and manufacturing event,  Advanced Engineering, hosted at the Birmingham NEC from October 31st – November 1st.

Working across a range of sectors that include advanced manufacturing and engineering, Skills Training UK has a proven track record of partnering with STEM sector employers to design and deliver bespoke Apprenticeships that improve productivity and business performance while also providing full support and guidance for Apprenticeship Levy paying employers and SMEs.

Skills Training UK’s highly experienced team will be on hand at stand Q36 within the Aero Engineering sector to talk about any aspects of Apprenticeships and to share how our flexible approach can help employers upskill staff, grow productivity and drive efficiency. Training programmes for STEM sectors cover non-destructive testing, quality and improvement, leadership and management, business skills, supply chain and IT & digital.

Employers can also attend a seminar by Skills Training UK’s Sam Cunningham which will debunk any myths surrounding Apprenticeships and the Levy, as well as helping employers understand the tangible benefits of recruiting or upskilling workforces through Apprenticeships for advanced engineering sectors – including improved efficiency, increased productivity and financial savings. The talk takes place on November 1st at 12pm at the Nuclear and Open Engineering Forum within the Skills and Training for Engineers session.
