Supporting Schools with Careers Education

We are a national training provider, Ofsted rated Good, and offer a range of courses and Traineeship programmes to help 16-24 year-olds progress in education, training or employment. We work with a number of schools across the country to help them to deliver the highest standard of careers advice, to make sure students are aware of all their options upon leaving school.

Our offer for school leavers

With Centres across the West Midlands, London and Brighton, we offer an attractive choice for young people leaving school, some of whom may benefit from extra guidance and support in taking their next step.

Our range of courses help school leavers progress onto their next level of study or start their career with an Apprenticeship or employment. Young people will benefit from access to local and national employers as well as our expertise in developing employability skills.

Unlike traditional college and sixth form, we enrol all year round and our group sizes are small, allowing our Tutors to offer the necessary level of support to our Learners. We also have Mentors trained in Mental Health First Aid available to work with those young people with pastoral needs.

Supporting you to achieve Gatsby Career Benchmarks and Baker Clause

To assist our local schools to meet their Baker Clause Duty, we offer a range of free support options which can be utilised to help to equip students with a full knowledge of the range of learning and training pathways available to them upon leaving school.

We are fortunate to have strong working links with many of our local schools, but for those schools we have not yet had the opportunity to support, we are keen to hear from you! Our teams can support your careers events and fairs, mock interviews and more, and are always delighted to be invited along to GCSE Results Day in August to offer support to any young people who are unsure of their options. If you have any support requests, please do get in touch.

Schools are welcome to arrange bespoke visits to our Centres, where students can have a tour, meet our Tutors and current Learners, and find out more about what we can offer.

Upcoming Open Days
